Temperatures that reach up to 1800 degrees. Numbers that sear. Warm and pink, charred and rare... juicy and flavor-rich to turn taste buds... and heads. It's called USDA prime-aged steak for a reason. Come taste for yourself...
We love steak at Morton's, which comes as no surprise. Morton's is the place where true beef connoisseurs feel right at home, because we serve only the best steaks available and prepare them to perfection. We're talking USDA prime-aged, Midwest grain-fed beef, shipped directly from Chicago. A 24-ounce porterhouse, a New York Strip, a double-cut filet mignon... just to name a few. | ![]() |
|
Fresh, succulent seafood means Ahi Tuna, Smoked Pacific Salmon, Oysters on the Half Shell, Colossal Shrimp... Sea where we're going with this? And there's also something to be said for pairing our USDA prime-aged steak and seafood selections to create a classic dining experience that represents the finest from land and sea.
We certainly serve "The Best Steak... Anywhere," but we also offer fresh, succulent lighter fare that you're sure to enjoy. Sea for yourself... and make a splash at Morton's! | ![]() |

My husband and I went for dinner with our National Sales Manger and our Top Sales Rep. They had eaten at Morton's before but it was our first experience and I must say everything was "absolutely wonderful and delicious" and I can't wait to go back:-) Our server "Celeste" was a "true delight" and I will definitely ask for her station when we go back! Also "John" in the bar was very pleasant and personable.! I'm not a beef lover like my husband but I ordered the Cajun Rib Eye and it was "too die for", seasoned and cooked to perfection! The Bacon wrapped scallops were melt in your mouth and loved the apricot sauce on the side and the sauteed spinach with button mushrooms, yummy. First time I had eaten "Tuna tar tare" and it was delish!! The "onion bread" is the best bread I have ever eaten! MY SINCEREST COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF FOR A TRULY WONDERFUL MEAL!!!! We've dined at "Ruth Chris" and they can't hold a candle to Morton's!!!!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when invited to dinner by my son and his wife who wanted us to experience Morton's first hand. Never would I believe that a restaurant could be as accommodating as Morton's from the time we stepped through the door until we left. Our waiters were very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the entire menu. Being our first time there we were hesitant when ordering and our waiter picked up on that fact immediately and offered suggestions and explanations on how each item would be prepared. His dinner recommendations from the appetizer to dessert could not have been more on the mark and thanks to him we had a very memorable meal. Our party ordered the specials which consisted of a ribeye along with Shrimp Alexander which I cannot say enough about. After leaving the restaurant we talked about our night all the way home and into the next day. We will definitely be a visitor of Morton's in the very near future. Once again I would like to thank your entire staff for a very pleasant and memorable evening.

As part of a Christmas & year end celebration, I decided to treat an overworked stressed friend and my mother to our first trip to Morton's, since there was this special Prime Lunch offering. My mother could not make it. Previously, when ever I've heard of someone visiting Morton's (until several years ago) the report was that it was just "ok"/over-rated. So I thought that the Prime Lunch was a great way to try for myself. Oh My God?!?... In all of my dining experiences, yesterday proved to be one of my top-top-top three experiences. The food was exceptional at each stage, the service was wonderful, the chef was not only personable, but dazzling, charismatic and very humble -- which is not only rare, but more European and non-existent in Richmond, VA. We have paid twice the amount at another establishment for much less quality, service and no chef in site. This restaurant has provided us with a gift card for more than we spent to "give us a 2nd chance" -- it's been about 9 months...we have yet to return (at no cost). On this Morton's visit, the meats were cooked perfectly, the sauces distinct, mild and smooth, the timing excellent, table service very on point, presentations elaborate and very appealing. For desert, I hesitated between the mousse and key lime pie (not a lover of graham cracker crusts, because it "kills" the main flavors), but I opted for the key lime, considering my meal choices. Thinking that I would have to scrape the crust to enjoy the filling, I was delightfully shocked...that was the best graham cracker crust I'd ever had, so mild, not overbearing, just entirely enjoyable. I'm the one people call for dining suggestions throughout the country, and why I have been a restaurant rater from time to time. I applaud you for providing this experience -- actually life changing, after talking with the chef, and just seeing his love for what he does, and that he loves doing it for Morton's. The love was in the meal! The Movie: Simply Irresistible The after thought -- a very moving, overjoyed, to almost tearful adventure. The right moment, the right time, and the right place!

I just wanted to let you know that I had one of the best dining experiences at your establishment. My aunt and I celebrated our birthdays along with my mother on Sunday.. Everything was impeccable. From the time we walk in the door to when we left. The decor was beautiful, the music was just right, and the ambiance was perfect. Also the all of the staff was just great. Robert was extremely courteous and very nice. Our waitress Karen was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the menu as well as the wine list. She was very helpful and very personable. Hats off to the chef the food was delicious, especially the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, and the Colossal Shrimp Alexander. And that Key Lime Pie and Hot Chocolate Cake were to die for. Then to top that off you sent us home with the wonderful souvenir of a picture and the personalized menu, how sweet. I want you to know that I had wonderful time on my birthday, and that I will most definitely be dining at Morton's again. I also will recommend you to all I know. Once again thank you for a wonderful dining experience and making me and my aunt's birthdays happy.

This was my second trip to Morton's in Atlantic City, NJ. Service was wonderful as was expected. My waitress was Christine (we learned that she also teaches 5th graders in Red Bank NJ) - she was absolutely wonderful. She knew her cocktails and what she thought I'd like - she was on the money. I watched her with another customer who was interested in a wine pairing - again Christine was on the money with their desires also. While we had the special - she explained the types cuts of meat, salad choices etc - her bubbly personality was so refreshing (even though I know first hand of the challenges of the kitchen and the pounding of de feet - smile). The service was delightful, and the food was out of this world for me. It is so terribly hard to get a good steak these days. The flavor and the texture of the Filet Mignon together with the onion bread, and the salad was so fresh - oh so good! The ambiance was great. The experience for me was absolutely wonderful. My guest was very impressed which made me look good. I will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

I recently visited a friend in the Charlotte NC area. We had a reservation to Morton's Uptown. I have never been to a Morton's anywhere (although there are 2 of your restaurants in my area, being Philadelphia PA, and King of Prussia PA) The experience I had was wonderful, the waitress Megan, was very helpful as this was my first time to Morton's. She brought out a large tray of your fine cuts of beef, and explained them all in great detail. We had a bottle of your B. R. Cohn, "Silver Label," Sonoma. It was excellent. Our appetizers consisted of the Oysters on the Half Shell, and the Tuna Tartar, both of which were just incredible, and the chopped salad. Our main was the Single cut Filet Mignon, which we had ordered medium rare, was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the Lyonnaise Potatoes as our side (also delicious!!). Megan paid close attention to our needs during dinner, pouring wine when needed. We had for dessert, the Key Lime Pie, and your Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake, both excellent. Again, whole experience was SUPERB!!! I will definitely make sure I visit the Morton's in the Philadelphia area in the near future, as you now have first-time, but very satisfied customer. Your staff treats their customers like royalty, and give a little more attention to the first-time diner, which makes this the finest dining experience I have ever had!!!

Salutations, I just wanted to let you all know that I had a WONDERFUL dinning experience at Morton's located in the Denver Tech Center! This was my first time experiencing Morton's and I must say that I will be a repeat customer. From the moment my wife and I walked in we were treated like royalty; and what I especially liked about the service was that it wasn't a 'forced' friendly, it felt truly genuine. Yaron, our server was a complete professional and extremely helpful and truly delightful. The food was absolutely awesome! I enjoyed every morsel that I put in my mouth! However, next time I will probably get the lobster, it was huge and looked very tasty. Again, far too often patrons are prone to complain rather than compliment. I just wanted to sing your praises, my wife and I had a wonderful experience and for that we thank you. When my friends ask how Morton's was this is what I tell them... "It's a hoity-toity place, without the hoity-toity and pretentious attitude."
(Denver Tech)
"This was my first visit to Morton's, however, it will certainly not be my last. I have to say the service was outstanding I would like to compliment your entire staff on the length that they all went to make sure our dining experience was a pleasant one. Our waitress was Christina. Her knowledge, of the quality of food that is served by your establishment and her enthusiastic attitude towards Morton's Steakhouses needs to be commended. In this day and age it is so refreshing to see fellow employees working as a team and appearing content to do so. The service ran like clockwork, from the time we were seated to time we completed our meal. We were never made to feel rushed. My dinner partner and myself enjoyed the special dinner for two, comprised of the filet and shrimp. The price was extremely reasonable considering the quality and portions of food we were offered. We both chose the half lettuce with bacon and egg. I am not one would normally chose Iceberg lettuce, but the combination of egg, bacon and dressing, served on a cold plate was outstanding. There was not one hint of bitterness to the lettuce. The shrimp were colossal, cooked perfect and not over seasoned in the least. The wet aged beef was a new experience for both of us and was served just as we ordered. The entire dining experience was worth my spending the time to compliment, the efforts all of those at Morton's in Atlantic City, who helped to make it a wonderful evening. I am looking forward to sharing the Morton experience once again, with friends and family very soon. I am most positive that if you continue to offer the excellence of service that we experienced tonight, Morton's will be in business for a many, many years to come."
(Atlantic City)
"I brought a client out for dinner at Morton's, to thank her for all the business she has sent me. I have only been to Morton's three times now, all in Boston. The reason I return is the staff in Boston makes you feel like a very special customer, as if I was a regular 2-3 times a week. From the greeting at the door to the drink at the bar before our dinner & the entire waitstaff stopping at out table asking if we needed anything, was all Grade A. The woman I brought thought that I brought all my clients there (which I will be doing over the next few months) due to how much attention we were showed. I cannot tell you how lucky you are to have such fun, energetic and passionate employees who really do care about their customers. I am in sales and I could only wish to have employees like the crew at Morton's in Boston. Thank you again for such a fabulous dining experience, your new lifelong customer!"
(Boston - Back Bay)
"My husband and I have gone to the Dallas Morton's for years and I wanted to say the food and service has been consistently outstanding. We eat at Morton's in whatever city we are in but have always loved the one in Dallas. James and Wes do a wonderful job of having the best staff anywhere and we really feel as if they are a part of our family. Special events and work parties have been top-notch. They go above and beyond for any occasion. Some of my best memories come from times at this Morton's. We eat out frequently and often get steak and always, the steak at Morton's is the best. We have never had to send a steak back for improper cooking and this is over many years! The excellent service, willingness to always do whatever it takes to make the dining experience a great one, and friendly atmosphere insure that we will continue to patronize and recommend Morton's for the best dining anywhere."
(Dallas)
"I wanted to take a minute to let you know what a terrific experience my husband and I had at your restaurant on Saturday night. I had dined there previously with business dinners and decided to book a reservation for my husband and my wedding anniversary. From the second she greeted us to the time we left, our server Emilee provided outstanding service. She was warm, very knowledgeable about both the wine list and the menu, and treated us as though we were the only table she had, even though there were many others she was serving. We selected our bottle of wine, appetizer and main courses based on her recommendations, and we were blown away. We have eaten at many fine dining restaurants, including most all of the "highly acclaimed" steakhouses downtown and in the north suburbs. I can say that Morton's by far exceeded both the service level and food quality of those other restaurants. Our experience was outstanding, and we attribute a large portion of that to Emilee."
(Indianapolis)
"This past weekend my girlfriend and I celebrated her birthday in Atlantic City, New Jersey. I must say that our dinner experience was unlike any other we have ever had. We could have chosen any restaurant in the area- but Morton's made it clear to us that there is no other place better to enjoy a special occasion. The service was exceptional, the food (as always) was incredible, and the level of effort to make her birthday special was unmatched. It was such a pleasant evening -I felt motivated to reach out and say THANK YOU! GREAT JOB!"
(Atlantic City)
"My wife and I were out of town guests, and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, from the time we entered the establishment the staff knew of our occasion and we were seated at a table that celebrated our event with a personal menu of congratulations. Our server was Rhoda who shared the fact that this same date was her anniversary prior to her husbands passing. She made our meal all the more enjoyable by going out of her way to make it a special celebration. The fact that she has been with your steakhouse for over 33 years speaks well for the relationship your establishment has with its employees. She was very pleasant and warm making it a fantastic experience. After our meal we were treated to the best carrot cake my wife and I have ever had. We will see you next time we are in Chicago."
(Chicago - State St)
"On this date we had reservations for 7:00 p.m. The dinner menu was exceptional, our meals prepared perfectly, this is mainly to compliment our waiter, Steve. Steve was the Most attentive, knowledgeable and someone I could really tell loves his job. Dining at your establishment was not only one of the best experiences, it by far made our visit to your wonderful town even more memorable. Thank you again for your exceptional wait staff. I just could tell that Steve was someone that genuinely cared about his patrons as much as his job!"
(Chicago - Wacker Place)
"The experience at Morton's the Steakhouse, the few times I have gone, has been exceptional each time. The staff does not miss a beat and they truly listen to your needs. They do not work for tips, they work for you and you get the impression that they truly wish to augment the positivity of the experience, which I find interesting since everything is perfect. The steak is simply sublime. The texture, seasoning and taste are perfect. I believe your restaurant centers on the quality of the steak and you certainly deliver. Anyone who says the selection of accompaniments to the meal (wine, cocktails, sides, etc) or the choice of other dishes (seafood and chicken) is limited or somehow inadequate, is in trees and missing the forest."
(New York - Manhattan)
"Oh my God! The anniversary dinner we had at Morton's was fabulous. The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were quite generous and very tasty. The chef came out to see if everything was as we expected and our server was the best. I would definitely recommend this particular Morton's to any friends and business acquaintances. We especially liked the fact that the chef took the time to present our desserts on a tray with "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate on it. We never had to ask for refills on our drinks; it was like the wait staff could anticipate our every thought. Thank you so much. What professionalism! What a relaxing evening..."
(Richmond)
"Every dining experience we have had with Morton's has always been outstanding. The service, food, atmosphere, is always what we expect, wonderful. We always know to expect the best when we are dining with you and we have never left feeling that we did not get the best. To say that you exceeded our expectations on May 23, 2009, is an understatement. I made a reservation to take out my best friend for dinner for her birthday. You made her birthday an absolutely wonderful and memorable experience. The personalized menu and picture was fantastic. It was an unexpected surprise, but a very delightful and appreciated surprise! Our server, Trevor was completely wonderful and catered to all of our needs. He was very attentive and made sure that we did not go without anything that evening. The rest of the staff, including the valet service, was courteous and conversational. Our dining experience has been "the talk" with all of our family and friends. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations!"
(San Antonio)
"My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Morton' in Santa Ana and it was one of the most exceptional dining experiences we've had in quite some time! This was our first time dining at Morton's and from the time we arrived till the time we departed, the service, the employees, the food, and the overall dining experience well exceeded our expectations. The friendly greetings upon arriving and the "personalized" menus were just a few highlights of the evening. Our server, David, was absolutely fantastic. He was very attentive and all of his recommendations on wine and food choices were spot on. The food was served in a timely manner and the spectrum of flavors throughout all courses of the meal definitely provided a party to our palates. From the bacon wrapped scallops to the Cajun ribeye and the macaroni and cheese to the chocolate molten cake, I constantly found myself telling my wife how delicious everything was and couldn't wait till the next bite. And as a perfect ending to our dinner, the complimentary dessert and after dinner cocktail were the quite the pleasant surprises! As a final note, talk about customer service! We even received a follow up call the next day from the general manager saying thank you for our visit and wanting to make sure our experience there met our expectations. Not only did they meet them, but as I mentioned before, they soared above them! We'll definitely be dining at Morton's again. Thank you so much for the great and memorable experience!"
