The exclusive collection honors our Chicago roots and culinary legacy, showcasing three wines sourced from Oak Ridge Winery, the oldest continuously operating winery in Lodi, California.

State & Rush Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of dark cherries and vanilla. Pleasant spice and dark fruits on the palate with black currant flavors. A nicely balanced wine with a soft lingering finish. Its characteristics will pair perfectly with the savory New York Strip or the ever-popular Prime Ribeye.
State & Rush Chardonnay
Vibrant tropical aromas on the nose, with notes of stone fruit and citrus. French oak aging contributes to flavors of crème brûlée and vanilla. Try this Chardonnay with the Lobster Ravioli or the Ora King Salmon for a mouthwatering experience.
State & Rush Pinot Noir
Spiced cloves on the nose, with flavors of black cherry and raspberry. Gentle tannins provide structure, with a hint of cedar and vanilla on the finish. This wine offers the best of both worlds – delicate enough for lobster, bold enough for filet mignon.
Inspired by Morton’s History
State & Rush refers to the restaurant’s first location at the cross-section of State Street and Rush Street.
A callout to the year the restaurant was founded – 1978 – sits above a hand-drawn illustration of the iconic “sleeping pig” lamp that graces every Morton’s table. The bottle also includes a custom ‘SR’ debossed logo and delicate gold accents that catch the light, enhancing the prominence and texture of the packaging.
